Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer delivery across Pakistan. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Delivery Time

  • Major cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other areas: 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations and products. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

For COD orders, our team or courier partner may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or another available communication method.

You can use the tracking information to check the status of your shipment.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Although we work with reliable courier partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the customer refuses to receive the parcel, additional delivery charges or order cancellation may apply.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct name, phone number, and complete delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged or opened when delivered, please contact us as soon as possible with photos/videos of the package and product so that we can investigate the issue with our courier partner.
